Harry V. Greer JASPER Harry V. Greer, 85, of Jasper, formerly of Kokomo, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, March 3, 2022, at Northwood Good Samaritan Center in Jasper. He was born June 25, 1936, in Kokomo, Indiana, to Alfred Robert and Mary Edith (Anthony) Greer; and married Wanda J. Webster on June 12, 1976, in Kokomo.

Harry is survived by six children, Thomas Greer of Arkansas, Audrey Allen and Cathy Wheadon both of Jasper, Avery Selzer, Kim Peters and Stacy Fickes all of Kokomo; sister, Betty Carter of Kendallville; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Alfred Robert and Mary Edith (Anthony) Greer; and his wife, Wanda. Graveside services for Harry Greer will be held at 11:00 a.m., E.S.T., on Saturday, April 9, 2022, at Fairview Cemetery in Jasper. nassandson.com annette Jane (tormoHlen) KaHle Annette Jane (Tormohlen) Kahle passed away peacefully with her family by her side on March 3, 2022, in Defiance, Ohio, just shy of her 95th birthday. Annette was preceded in death by her husband, Bruce; her parents Louise and Albert Tormohlen; sister and brother-in-law, Betty and Al Wenzel; brother, Eugene Tormohlen; brother- in-law, Paul Luker; and special family friend, Scott Burt. She is survived by her daughter, Jayne (Dean) Andres of Archbold, OH; son, David (Janie) Kahle of Defiance, OH; special family friend, Becky (Vern) Strong of Findlay, OH; six grandchildren, Sarah (Joshua) DeSonne of Toledo, OH, Samuel (Chelsea) Andres of Defiance, OH, Peter (Heather) Andres of Pettisville, OH, Grace (Matthew) Gerken of Toledo, OH, Justin Kahle of Defiance, OH, and Jacob Kahle of Defiance, OH; 16 great- grandchildren; sisters, Phyllis Luker of Huntingburg, IN, and Darlene (Dave) Smith of Holland, IN; sister-in-law, Julie Tormohlen of Lawrenceville, GA; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 10, 2022, at the Holland United Methodist Church from a.m., E.S.T., with services to follow at 11:00 am. Burial will take place at the Holland United Methodist Cemetery in Holland, Indiana.

Sickbert, 55, of Birdseye, passed away at 4:44 a.m., Friday, March 11, 2022, at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center in Jasper. He was preceded in death by his parents Edwin A. and Hazel Doris (Katter) Sickbert; one sister, Sherry Betz; grandparents, Elsie and Leonard Katter and Arthur and Louise Sickbert; and one sister-in-law, Betty Sickbert. He is survived by two brothers, Michael Sickbert and Gary (Vicki) Sickbert, both of Birdseye; one sister, Anita (Allen) Mehringer of Jasper; and by nieces, nephews and friends. Sickbert will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, March 17, 2022, at the Nass Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg with burial to follow at Fairmount Cemetery. tHomaS HUNTINGBURG Deborah E. Thomas, age 74, of Huntingburg, Indiana, passed away at 9:20 p.m., She is survived by her husband, Timothy Thomas of Huntingburg, Indiana; one son, Craig R. (Denise) Thomas of Richmond, Indiana; one daughter, Kristen (fiance, Scott Denney) Thomas of Hilton Head, South Carolina; two brothers, Wayne Adrian of Indianapolis, Indiana and Michael Adrian of Hilton Head, South Carolina; four grandchildren, Camden, Gabi, Cale and Ben; and by one great- granddaughter, Vivian. Wright; grandson, Michael L. Wright; great grandson, Isaiah N. DeWeese; siblings, Virginia Ireland, Charles Smith and Eldon Smith. Funeral services were held on Sunday, March 13, 2022 at Tower Heights Church of God, Princeton, Indiana, with Pastor Jack Gatson officiating. Helen KatHleen lotteS LAMAR Helen Kathleen Lottes, 98, of Lamar, Indiana passed away on Monday, March 7, 2022 at Good Samaritan- Northwood in Jasper, Indiana. Helen is preceded in death by her parents John and Lola Mae (Quick) Smith; her husband, Gaylord Lottes whom she married in 1941; her son-in-law, Ken Shourds; her grandsons, Jared Shourds and Eddie Ward; her great grandson, Colin Shourds; her siblings, Elmer Smith, Yvonne Sisley, Thelma Hunter, Don Smith, and Darrell Pennington. She is survived by her daughters, Carol Shourds of Rockport, IN. and Nancy Lottes of Jasper, IN; her grandchildren, Stacy Huffman and her husband, Randy; Kelly Ward; and Jason Shourds and his wife, Tammy; her great-grandchildren, Taylor Huffman, Ethan Huffman, Wesley Ward, Tyler Ward, Whitney Ward, Kerrigan Shourds, Kylie Shourds, and Kendalyn Shourds; several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. She is survived by Joe, her husband of 76 years. Eugenia was the proud mother of three children: Larry (Jodi) Groves, Connie Groves (deceased in 2007), and Cindy (Bill) Lonnberg.

Grandchildren include Ryan (Stephanie) Groves of Indianapolis, and Sam Lonnberg and Emma Lonnberg of Bloomington, Indiana. Great-grandchildren include Anna Groves of Bloomington, Illinois, and Gigi Groves of Indianapolis. In addition to her parents Edmund Sr. and Hattie (Metz) Cissna, Eugenia was preceded in death by three older siblings: Ruby, Edmund and Ruth. A memorial service will be held at 11 A.M.
