Charles was born in Detroit, Michi- gan on August 13, 1945 to the late Charles Irvin Winters and Hel- en Jean Curtsing- er Winters. He was a retired carpet mill worker and served our country in the United States Army.

Charles enjoyed spending time hunt- ing and fishing. He is survived by his brother, Samuel Emmett Winters of Arling- ton. He was preceded in death by his wife, Debbie Carter Winters and his parents.
