Graham Brown, 77 of Marion, Indiana passed away on Thursday, September 1, 2022, in Arlington, Texas at home with her family. She is survived by her sister, Dena Jayne Taylor of Toronto, Ontario, and her daughters Amy (William) McVay of Moorhead, Minnesota, and Arica (David) Butler, of Arlington, Texas.

She is also survived by her grandchildren, great- grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elwin L. and Clarell Nadine (Skinner) Graham; and her brother, Earl E. Graham of Marion. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m.

to 12:00 p.m. (Noon) on Monday, September 12, 2022 at the First Church of the Nazarene, 700 W. Kem Road, Marion, Indiana. Funeral Services will begin at Noon with Reverend Mark Hinshaw and Pastor David Butler officiating. Burial will follow funeral services in Grant Memorial Park Cemetery, Marion, Indiana.

Clouse, 57, of Marion, passed away at 12:43 am on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, at Marion Health. In addition to her loving husband of 34 years Stephen, Bernie is survived by her parents Herbert A.

and Lauraine L. (Cox) McPherson; daughter, Catherine A. (Jessica Bragg of Fort Wayne; sons, Gabriel A. Clouse of Marion and Zachary D. (Megan Clouse of Fort Wayne; grandson, Elijah Bragg; granddaughter, Jordy Bragg; brothers, Jeffrey (Kassy) McPherson of Indianapolis and Bradley McPherson of Las Vegas, NV; sister, Stephanie Lockwood of Marion; and granddogs, Max, Moose, Abby, Bailey, and Remi.

She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Herbert A. McPherson, and Fermin Cox; grandmothers, Catherine McPherson and Margaret Kuhn; father-in-law, Rodney Clouse; and mother-in- law, Mary Clouse. The family will receive visitors from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Tuesday, September 13, 2022, at St. Paul Catholic Church, 1031 W. Kem Marion, IN.

Immediately following the time of visitation, a service to celebrate life will begin at 1:00 pm with Father Ted Rothrock officiating. Burial will take place at Grant Memorial Park. Rigsbee MARION Phillip C. Rigsbee, 83, Marion, passed away at 11:37 am on Tuesday, September 6, 2022, at Wellbrooke of Wabash. Survivors include his wife, Shirley Rigsbee of Marion; children: Melanie Rigsbee of Indianapolis, Phil (Debbie) Rigsbee of Gas City, Kim (Barry) Soultz of Jonesboro, Brett (Beth) Rigsbee of Marion, and Lori Rigsbee of Gas City; step-children: Ben (Shelly) Williams of Marion, Andrew (Kim) Williams of Fort Wayne, Dr. Angie (Dr. Jon) Karl of Fort Wayne, Geoff Williams of Marion, Cindy (Bryan) Kellar of Kannapolis, NC, Stephanie (Kevin) Miles of Anderson, Shannon (Jeff) Rogers of Marion, and Ty (Laurel) King of GA; many grandchildren and great- grandchildren; and brother, Donald (Carol) Rigsbee.

He was preceded in death by his parents Paul and Martha (Julian) Rigsbee; brother, Paul Rigsbee, sisters, Phyllis French and Janice Kulczyk; and a granddaughter. In addition to his loving wife Hong Thi (Nguyen) Pham, survivors include his sons, Phong (Van) Pham of Houston, TX, Thai (Alana) Pham of Perth, Australia, and Loc (Thu) Pham of Houston, TX; daughters, Tigon (Jeff) Dausman of Indianapolis and Joyce (Matthew) Simpkins of Indianapolis; grandchildren, Mitchell, Ethan, Kyle, Harrison, Wynton, Mia, Evie, Ian, Sawyer, Isabella, Lilian, Hudson, Luke, Rowan, and Elaine; and several extended family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Sinh and Loi (Nguyen) Pham.

Penelope is survived by her daughters, Traci Murphy of Marion, Jaci Miller of Marion, and Sherri (Dale) Miller of Marion; brother, Dowayne Henchon; sisters, Denise (Chris) Danforth, Sabra Miller, Paulette Marley, Roxanne (Gary) Lewis, Triela (Danny) Lewis, and Melody (Richard) Mason; 13 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Richard and Coleen Henchon; her husband Nelson; daughters, Tammy Miller and Kandi Davis; son, Ronnie Miller; grandson, Brandon Miller; great- grandson, Kamaree Lee; and sister, Linda Treber.

Delbert was a United States Army veteran. Survivors include his sons, Delbert Furnish, III, of Andrews, and Yancy Furnish of Andrews; grandson, Doug Skeens; and granddaughter, Adrianna Craig. He was preceded in death by his father Delbert Furnish, former wife, Paula J. Furnish; and daughter, Patricia Skeens. There will be no public visitation or funeral service for Delbert.

Fisher MARION Willis W. Fisher, 97, Marion, passed away at 5:00 am on Friday, September 2, 2022. Willis was a United States Navy veteran. Survivors include his son, Rodney W. He was preceded in death by his parents John and Ethel (Wagner) Fisher; his wife Phyllis A. (Hoyt) Fisher; brothers, Waymond Fisher and Clark Fisher; and good friend, Lois Hinkle. Max was a United States Army veteran.
